These quality balloons are helium quality and inflate to 30cm. Warning: Do not give to a child under 3 years. Children over 3 years must be under adult supervision as balloons can choke. Do not put near a fire. Discard balloons after use. Natural latex may still cause allergies. Use air or helium to inflate, do not use hydrogen.
